2007 in Review

  • My oldest turned 14.
  • My youngest started 1st grade.
  • My oldest daughter got her ears pierced.
  • The husband had back surgery in June.
  • We celebrated our 24th anniversary.
  • We blew up our gingerbread house on January 1, 2007.
  • The kid’s first cousin, on my husband’s side, was born.
  • My favorite homeschool forum closed, but that didn’t stop the members from chatting somewhere else. 😀
  • We joined a homeschool co-op for the first time.
  • I started this blog.  Such that it is.
  • The family quit soccer after six years and started going to Wednesday night church.
  • I lost my nephew in the war.
  • My brothers and sisters got together for the first time in four years, at my nephew’s funeral.  Four years ago, it was when my father had a stroke.  It was over 24 years ago before that, when we were all together.  It’s a shame.
  • God is always with us.
