Some Notes:
The students should copy the Biological Key, so they don’t have to keep flipping back and forth to look at it. The book has the key split up on three pages, but Apologia offers a printable page on their website. Go to page V in the book for instructions to locate it.
2012/2013 Classification Worksheet and a new toy.

I have edition 1st edition, looking to buy an used 2nd edition, so we can follow your lesson plan
so glad to come across your blog, the international school where I teach is testing the waters with homeschool curriculum and I found myself teaching the Apologia Biology course for the first time. I’m a bit apprehensive but excited to learn alongside my students! I am glad to have your ideas as a resource. Thanks from the Amazon Basin!
I am teaching this course to three ninth grade girls this year. Your blog is and will be a great blessing to me! Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and hard work with us!!!
Thanks, I am so thankful for you putting this together. Can you send me the code to get to the quizzes?
I just came across your blog via Donna Young’s site. I have printed your quizzes for Biology. Thank you for keeping this available. I have 5 children 4 of whom are in their teens. My forth child is about to begin high school and we’ll be using apologia biology with her too. Your entries and links are very interesting. I’ll be back for more throughout the year.
Thank you for your comments. 🙂 I will be teaching Biology again in the 2018-2019 school year at a local co-op. This will be my last year teaching Biology and last year of homeschool since my last kid will graduate in 2019. Please let me know if you have any questions.
This looks like it will be so helpful while going through Biology with my daughter. I was told by Apologia that dissections don’t begin until Module 12 so I will hold off buying that just yet. What other labs/resources will I need for Modules 1-11? Thank you.
