2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup fresh ground whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large egg whites
1 cup non-fat yogurt cheese
6 TB butter, melted an cooled
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda together.
In another bowl, combine egg whites, yogurt cheese and butter, and whisk until well blended.
Add dry ingredients to yogurt cheese mixture and stir to form a smooth dough. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 30 seconds.
Proceed with desired recipe. Soft pretzels.
