HERBED RICE


  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 tsp chicken broth powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion flakes
  • 1/2  tsp basil
  • 1/4  tsp thyme
  • 1/8  tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4  cup butter
  • 3  cups of water
  • Combine in a pan, bring to a boil, cover and simmer  it on top of the stove. Takes about 45 – 50 minutes.
