Marinated Broccoli


  • 2 lb fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 TB water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grownd black pepper
  • Wash broccoli and cut into florets; place in a large bowl. Combine the vinegar, olive oil, water, garlic, dill, salt, andpepper in a small bowl; whisk well. Pour over the broccoli. Chill, covered, for at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
