maker 1/3 full.
Second Layer:
Using a teaspoon, fill second third full with vanilla yogurt.

Select Variable, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed
to #10, then to HIGH. Run for 30 seconds. Using a teaspoon, fill each
popsicle maker slightly below full.
Update: I tried one of these today and didn’t like the blueberry part either. A squirt of honey would be nice, but there was too much blueberry skin left to my liking. My blender isn’t powerful enough to pulverize them. Maybe just use the red grapes next time. I don’t know. Overall it is an O.K. freezer pop.

Striped Freezer Pops Source: Master Cook CD
- 2 cups strawberries
6 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
2 cups sliced peaches
3/4 cups honey, divided - 12 – 3 oz. paper cups
- 12 popsicle sticks (I use plastic spoons)
In a blender or food processor, puree strawberries with 1/4 c. honey.
Divide mixture between 12 cups. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse blender; puree kiwi with 1/4 c. honey. Repeat process with peaches and remaining 1/4 c. honey. When strawberry layer is firm, pour kiwi puree into molds. Insert a popsicle stick and freeze until firm, another 30 minutes. Pour peach puree into molds and freeze until firm and ready to serve.

Freeze organic fruit juice in the molds. My daughters’ favorite is pomegranate with raspberry or cranberry. We use a brand that does not have anything extras and no sweeteners. Our favorite non-organic brand is Northland Juices.

Pineapple/Mango with a Banana Thrown In
I just mixed all of this together. There really isn’t a recipe.
I put in the blender something like…
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1/2 fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 mango (I’d put in two if I had it)
- 1 large frozen banana (fresh works too)
- 1 TB of ground flaxseed
Pour into molds and freeze.
