- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs. beef round steak, chuck or brisket or flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 TB Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried powdered garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried powdered onion
- 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
Marinade overnight. Dry overnight at 115 degrees, in the dehydrator.
We store these in the freezer.
