Beef Jerky


  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs. beef round steak, chuck or brisket or flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 TB Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried powdered garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried powdered onion
  • 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Marinade overnight. Dry overnight at 115 degrees, in the dehydrator.  

We store these in the freezer.
